## Two engines
- Outbound: personal, consent-based contact dripped at human intervals with a warm-up ramp, never a blast. A domain circuit breaker pulls the brake when bounces or complaints climb. One-touch-per-person across every Kemeny service. Replies are the metric.
- Ads: a closed loop that senses the account, diagnoses, decides, executes every few hours inside the bids, budgets, and caps you govern, then measures the result and learns from it.

## The moat (why you can let it run)
Safety is built into the engine, not bolted on as approval:
- Cannot double-send: every message passes one chokepoint that spends its permission before it leaves. Double-sending is impossible by construction.
